sub-notebooks; the Eee PC 1000. Building on the massive demand for earlier
versions, such as the 701 and 900 series, Asus have produced a netbook with a 10 inch screen.
The 1000 has a number of other improvements that will keep fans of the Eee PC coming back for

What sets the Eee PC 1000 apart?
The Eee PC 1000 is Asus's answer to the likes of the Wind. The features generally correspond from the 10inch, 1,024 x 600 pixels resolution to the backlit LED screen. The 1000 also brings a larger, easier to use keyboard the Eee PC range. To accomodate these improvements the Eee 1000 has an enlarged chassis measuring 266mm across making it about four centimetres wider than the 901. The overall weight has also increased - the Eee PC 1000 weighs in at 1.33kg, that's .23kg heavier that the Eee PC 901.
